Malcolm is the SEO project manager at Leeds based Epiphany Solutions and has worked in search since 2005 when he joined Epiphany as their first employee fresh from Uni. His role involves key client work, in-house application development, training, research and testing to continually develop the Epiphany SEO offering. He studied Computing with Industry focusing on programming, artificial intelligence, advanced databases and the likes, and describes himself as “an approachable geek”. Stop being crap and Brand up

In September Malcolm made his speaking debut via “Your Time To Shine” at ThinkVisibility 6. He discussed the importance of understanding brands while wrestling Dom to maintain the microphone. In retrospect, 5 minutes 12 minutes was nowhere near enough time to discuss such an important topic, so Malcolm has returned with an expanded presentation to discuss why it is important to understand how search engines perceive brands and what we can learn from this to help future proof our online efforts.
